Reservation Process
Please make online (www.lakeparadisebd.com) to ensure cottage/ picnic spot availability in ‘Lake Paradise Picnic Spot. For cottage booking, 100% online payment is mandatory. For picnic spot booking, an advance of 50% online Payment is mandatory to obtain the confirmed reservation.
Occupancy
Cottage: Normal occupancy permits maximum two people per room. Additional person (if room size permits) is charge extra as per prevalent rate of the Cottage. CHILDREN AND INFANTS Child (up to 12 years) can stay free of charge with parents without extra bed. Children between 5 years to 12 years of age will be charged extra. Children above 12 years of age will be treated as young adults and the prevalent reservation charges will be applicable.
Picnic Spot: Normal occupancy permits maximum persons (as per chart) for each designated picnic spots. For additional persons extra charge will be applied as per rules of Lake Paradise. No charge for parking will be applied.
Booking Cancellation & Date Changing
The follwoing booking money penalty rate will be applicable for cancellation & date changing as per terms & condition.

Check In & Check Out
Normal check in time is 10:00 AM. For late arrivals, please call for instructions on the procedure for arrival after 6 PM. Check-out is within 10 AM. Early check-in and check-out is available by prior arrangement only i.e. subject to availability and prior intimation & confirmation only.
Damage of Item
For lost item and damaging any item of Lake Paradise Picnic Spot by the customer willingly or unwillingly , will be confined to pay the damage money as per terms & condition of Lake Paradise Picnic Spot

Please note that ‘Lake Paradise Picnic Spot neither guarantees nor liable to admit any request for amendment in plan or any other special requests which shall be admissible subject to availability on arrival. The request for city pick-up requires intimation to the reservation at the time of the room(s) booking.
Confirmation Voucher
The reservation once confirmed, a confirmation number and the voucher is generated that you can print for your convenience. It is necessary to present the confirmation voucher to the Lake Paradise Picnic Spot on arrival. On failure to produce the confirmation voucher may result in the Lake Paradise Picnic Spot not honoring your reservation unless the Lake Paradise Picnic Spot is able to trace & match the excess in the reservation system.
